Quezon City Academy held a Bingo Social last December 11, 2011 at the roof deck. According to Ms. Merlyn Eligio, Faculty and Staff Club president, the project aims to strengthen the QCA family members’ camaraderie with other QCA stakeholders and to raise funds for their activities and scholarship program.
The bingo prizes for the winners are as follows: 1st prize-Php10,000; 2nd prize Php8,000; 3rd prize-Php3,000; 4th prize- Php2,500; 5th prize-Php2,000; 6th prize-Php1,500; 7th prize-Php1,200; 8th prize-Php1,000; 9th prize-Php900; 10th prize-Php500 and there will be 4 consolation prizes at Php250.
“I think it would be a lot of help to the students who will benefit from the scholarship program”, Audrey Ongoco stated.
“I was really hoping for a QCA concert 2011 but the Bingo Social was really interesting. It’s really nice that we can help others even when we’re enjoying ourselves”’ Cristina Joy Yjares remarked.
